`64 Ford Galaxie 500XL: A Great Looking Car from Ford’s “Total Performance” era!

As part of an estate, I had the opportunity to appraise this 1964 Ford Galaxie 500XL two-door hardtop several months ago. An older restoration, it was absolutely loaded with a 390 cubic inch V8, Cruise-O-Matic three-speed automatic transmission, Traction-Lok limited slip rear differential, power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, tinted glass, bucket seats, floor console with shifter, driver’s side power seat, power windows, AM-FM radio with rear seat speaker, trunk release, remote control outside rearview mirror, and vinyl roof covering. Very nice!
