My client recently engaged me to appraise his 1963 Jaguar XK-E Open Two Seater, which he has owned for almost 50 years. Having been restored about ten years ago, the vehicle featured its original 3.8 liter 265 horsepower double overhead camshaft inline six cylinder engine with three SU one-barrel carburetors, a four-speed manual transmission, manual rack and pinion steering, power four-wheel disc brakes, fully independent rear suspension, and 15-inch wire spoked wheels.
