`69 Chevrolet Camaro: A Hugger Orange “Restomod!”

In December 2023, my out-of-state clients engaged me to conduct a pre-purchase inspection and appraisal of this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro, which was partially “recreated” as a Z28 model. The vehicle featured a built 350 cubic inch V8 engine, a Turbohydramatic 350 three-speed automatic transmission, a 12 bolt Positraction rear axle and differential assembly, power steering, power four-wheel disc brakes, an aftermarket air conditioning, heating, and defroster system, AutoMeter gauges, QA1 tubular front control arms, and Boyd Coddington polished aluminum wheels. This was a very attractive vehicle that had undergone a high quality “restomod” restoration with strong attention to detail, and excellent fit and finish.
